A testimonial from a long-time church member: Once upon a time we seriously considered adding a playground. Kids used to play on the lawn after service. Kids being kids made their own fun. And every Sunday, they would open the irrigation box covers and look at the little . It brought them so much joy and excitement especially when they could share with new kids. We wanted something special for them but all too quickly the church got to a point where we didn’t even know if the doors would stay open… I love seeing kids playing on the lawn and while it may not have the froggies, there is excitement in me to see kids playing outside the church after service again and the thought of the playground that never was becoming a reality.
Remember, every child deserves a place to play and every family deserves a place to connect. Let’s make THE PARK @ EV a reality!

This season, join us as we explore the longing for peace in a chaotic world. Advent is a time for Christians to reflect on the first coming of Jesus—His birth—and to anticipate His return. Together, we’ll journey through the prophecies about Jesus and the story of His arrival, discovering how He brings God’s love, joy, and peace to our broken world. The series will culminate in a Christmas Eve celebration—a moment to pause, breathe, and celebrate our savior coming to earth.
