Good Friday 2019

Good Friday is a time for followers of Jesus to remember and reflect on Jesus’ death before gathering to celebrate his resurrection on Easter. This year, we’re observing Good Friday at home on Friday, April 19. And trust us, you won't want to miss what we've got in store.

In a group?

You're set! Your leader can use this guide to get everything they need to host a special group time on Friday, April 19.

Not in a group?

You can host Good Friday at home using the links below to get everything you need! All you have to do is invite some friends or family members over to watch the video and experience Good Friday at home with you.

Will kids be joining you?

We’ve got them covered too! Our Sandals Kids team has created a storybook and activity page to help you teach your kids about what God did on Good Friday. Download them here or pick up a copy at your campus!

Recommended Instructions for Kids: We designed this year’s Good Friday experience for those age 10 and up, but we’ve also didn’t want to leave out our little ones. We are asking the whole family to be together for the welcome and the ice breaker portions of the experience (with kids answering the question right alongside the grown-ups). Then the littles can be dismissed to a different part of the house so they can go through our Good Friday story book using the kid's activity page as a guide. Once those are done, they can play until the video is completed.
