Worship Band Auditions

Interested in Joining the Sandals Church Worship Team? Learn about our auditions process below.

Sandals Worship holds open auditions for musicians regularly for all Sandals Church locations, in two parts.

Part one is a video audition. All auditions start here and are required to be considered for part two.

Part two includes playing or singing with a band consisting of current Sandals Church musicians in front of a panel of Sandals Church worship leaders. You will be expected to learn 2-3 songs, though you will only play 1 or 2. An assessment is then made by the panel, and you will receive feedback immediately following your audition.

You will be expected to know these songs and to be ready to play/sing them:

Instrumentalists:
Death Could Not Hold You (key of D)
Great Things (key of G)
See A Victory (key of A)

Male Vocalists:
Death Could Not Hold You (key of G)
Great Things (key of G)
See A Victory (key of A)

Female Vocalists:

You can watch videos and listen to the songs HERE. Please note that some original recordings will be in a different key than played at the audition. Please refer to list above for appropriate keys.
