Tuesdays: May 5, 12, 19 and 26

Join us for a 4-week  journey toward healing from the wounds we carry.

We’ll be guided by Dr. Joshua Knabb, a board-certified psychologist and minister at Sandals Church, as he helps us understand how trauma impacts our lives—and how God meets us in it.

Each week includes:

• Practical, biblical teaching
• Guided reflection and journaling
• Honest, large-group conversation
