ROGO Impact is the community outreach and church revitalization initiative of Sandals Church, focused on strengthening local churches and serving communities through practical, life-changing programs. Through strategic church revitalization partnerships and church adoption opportunities, Sandals Church works alongside struggling congregations to help them relaunch, grow, and become sustainable, healthy churches that reach more people with the hope of the gospel. These efforts have resulted in revitalized campuses, growing attendance, and long-term ministry impact across Southern California and beyond.

The ROGO Impact Initiative also leads community development projects such as The Hill Community Center in San Bernardino, a nonprofit community hub designed to provide essential resources, youth programs, counseling, tutoring, and safe gathering spaces for families and students. From meeting basic needs to offering educational and emotional support, these initiatives reflect Sandals Church’s commitment to serving the city, supporting families, and creating lasting community transformation. Together, Sandals Church and ROGO Impact exist to bring hope, restoration, and measurable impact to churches and neighborhoods for generations to come.
