Program Overview

ROGO School is a leadership program created to teach our people to lead like Jesus. Inspired by the Great Commission, ROGO students will learn how to go out and make disciples through a combination of teaching, mentorship, and real-world application.

Students will have the opportunity to:

  • Sharpen their skills
  • Develop their character
  • Become the leader God designed them to be and that people want to follow

Program Components

Monthly Gathering

Participants will meet each month to learn about how to become a disciple-maker from our Teaching Team.

Mentorship

Mentors will come alongside our students to help form them in the image of Christ.

Live it Out Exercises

Students will get to apply what they’ve learned in a real-world setting through monthly “Live it Out” exercises.

Spiritual Disciplines

To grow in their relationship with Christ, we’ll challenge participants to adapt spiritual disciplines into their daily walks.

Intensive

During this special experience, students will have the opportunity to map out their life stories to better understand themselves and their approach to leadership.

Commissioning

At the end of the program, we’ll celebrate and commission all of those who finished well!
