Requirements
To have a Sandals Church officiant officiate your wedding, you must:
Complete our pre-marriage workshop- Provide a community member recommendation Agree with our statement of beliefs
Officiant Cost
- Ceremony only – $300
- Rehearsal & Ceremony – $400
- Off-site ceremony (additional cost based on distance):
- 20-60 miles: +$50
- 61-100 miles: +$100
- 100+ miles: Inquire for pricing

Want to Get Married at a Sandals Church Campus?
Our campus spaces are only available to couples who regularly attend Sandals Church.
Availability depends on our network calendar, campus calendar, and staff availability. *You may use an officiant outside of Sandals Church. However, they must meet with the campus pastor at least 4 weeks before the ceremony for approval.
Steps to Book
- Complete this form
- You will need to complete the requirements listed above. We will guide you through that process
- Work with our event staff representative who will guide you through the process and coordinate with our ministries (Marriage Ministry, Creative, Facilities, Production, and more).
- Plan your event logistics – While we provide a resource person, you are responsible for setup, teardown, and cleanup.

Pricing
- Wedding Ceremony Only – $1,800
- *Wedding + Reception – $3,050
*Receptions are not available at all campus locations.
*Please note: Alcohol is not permitted on any Sandals Church campus.

- Friday evenings – Ceremony & Reception
- Saturday mornings – Ceremony only
- Events can be booked up to 6 months in advance.

What’s Included in the Cost?
Use of contracted room(s) Parking & Restrooms Available furniture in event space Janitorial service (post-event cleanup) A/V Tech support (ceremony only, no recordings) Two full-length mirrors (where available)
What’s Not Included?
Rental of tables, chairs, and linens Décor of any kind Tools/equipment for setup (ladders, tape, etc.) Removal of existing decorations (space must be used as-is) Setup, teardown, or cleanup of the space Reception audio/music Rehearsal dinner space Food, drinks, or catering Officiant Honorium Pre-marriage workshop registration
