Welcome to the Sandals Church Summer Internship for Sandals Church Youth Students! We’re thrilled that you’re interested in joining us for a transformative experience in ministry. This internship is designed to help you grow into the individual and leader that God has destined you to become. You’ve been recognized for your potential in leadership and your enthusiasm for ministry.

Throughout this internship, you’ll dive into the inner workings of ministry and gain valuable hands-on experience. You’ll have the chance to learn from seasoned leaders, engage in meaningful service opportunities, and even take on leadership roles yourself. Our goal is for you to emerge from this experience equipped to navigate the challenges of everyday life with a deeper connection to Jesus and the ability to lead your peers with confidence.

As you embark on this journey, we encourage you to spend time in prayer and have discussions with your parents or guardians about this internship. We’re here to support you every step of the way and are eagerly anticipating the possibility of having you join us for an impactful summer of growth and service.

Please Note: Every track has different standards and requirements for acceptance. It’s important to understand that not all students who apply will be accepted into their desired track.

**This internship is for current high school students only in Sandals Church Youth.

Worship Team Track

This track is designed for individuals who are musically inclined and passionate about understanding how the worship team operates. You’ll have the opportunity to learn about and participate in the dynamics of leading worship.

Youth Ministry Track

If you’re interested in learning about the inner workings of youth ministry at Sandals Church, this track is for you. You’ll work closely with your campus youth lead to gain hands-on experience in serving and mentoring young people. 

Creative Arts Track

Are you artistically inclined? In this track, you’ll collaborate with our Graphic Design, Photography/Videography, and Creative Operations teams to create visually engaging content for our church. Explore your creativity while supporting our church’s mission through various multimedia projects. 

Production Track

Dive into the technical aspects of church services and events in this track. You’ll work alongside our production crew, learning about audio, lighting, and other technical elements to ensure smooth and impactful worship experiences.

Digital Media Track

Explore the digital realm of church ministry in this track. Discover the ins and outs of digital discipleship, social media engagement, and online content creation as part of our digital media team. 

Kid’s Ministry Track

Get an inside look at the vibrant world of kids’ ministry at Sandals Church in this track. Partner with your campus kids lead to learn about curriculum development, event planning, and engaging with children in a meaningful way. 

Full-Time Ministry Track

If you feel called to pastoral ministry, this track offers valuable insight and experience. Work closely with one of our campus pastors to understand the responsibilities and challenges of pastoral leadership at Sandals Church.
